The other path is not easy.  Absorbed within the intense light of the path to eternal life, it is impossible to even see the other light.  But I know it's there.  The light that has been placed within me shines brightly from within my heart.  It's been placed within me by the light of eternal life.  It defines my faith, hope, and love …knowing what is there, even though I can't see it.   But I can feel that sense of need …a need greater than my own.                                   

The smiles are not as they once were.  I cannot see the light of their eyes, but I know that light is there.  They are far away and it is dark, but faith allows me to walk through darkness, knowing the light that exists.
